The results of the study allow, from a practical approach, to have a better focus on human talent practices that generate a favorable effect on the loyalty of personnel, favoring a better use and destination of company resources; being, from a scientific theoretical approach, support for new research that allows us to see the behavior of these variables in companies of other activities and belonging to other cultural environments.
