“Nosotras también estamos en primera línea”: Las mujeres de las Ollas Comunes de Lima Metropolitana durante la crisis de la Covid-19

Spanish En el contexto de crisis sanitaria en el Peru, las medidas adoptadas por el gobierno , que incluyeron restricciones de movilizacion, cese de algunas actividades laborales y el aislamiento obligatorio, han impactado de forma diferenciada en la poblacion de la capital limena de acuerdo con el nivel socioeconomico y el sector productivo en el que se desempena. Esta situacion ha exacerbado la lucha diaria por conseguir alimento, lo que ha llevado al resurgimiento de las organizaciones autogestionarias de subsistencia, expresado en la aparicion de mas de 900 ollas comunes en Lima Metropolitana. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigacion es analizar el impacto de la crisis actual originada por la COVID-19 en la organizacion de las mujeres organizadoras de las ollas comunes de Lima Metropolitana. Para ello, se opto por una metodologia cuantitativa: se aplicaron 60 encuestas con el fin de conocer el perfil actual de las mujeres participantes de las ollas comunes, identificar los roles que ellas desempenan en dichas organizaciones y conocer su organizacion interna. La hipotesis planteada propone que, a raiz de la crisis nacional causada por la pandemia de la Covid-19, las economias familiares peruanas se vieron fuertemente afectadas, lo que ha generado la intensificacion de la organizacion barrial que es observable, especificamente, en la reactivacion de las ollas comunes de Lima Metropolitana que han sido, principalmente, gestionadas por mujeres. English In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Peru, the measures adopted by the government, that include the restriction of mobility, the cessation of work activities and obligatory isolation, have had a differentiated impact through the citizens of Lima, the capital city according to their socioeconomic level and the productive sector in which they work. This situation has exacerbated the daily struggle for food obtainment, which has led to the resurface of self-managed organizations for daily life sustenance, that has become visible in the over 900 common pots created in the present year. The main objective of this research is to analyze the impact that the current COVID-19 crisis has in the organization of women that organize the common pots in Lima Metropolitana. This research has opted for a quantitative methodology approach: it counts with 60 surveys with the aim of getting to know the current profile of the women that participate in the common pots, to identify the main roles in these and their internal organization. The hypothesis is that the national crisis, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, has impacted severely the economy of peruvian families, which has generated an intensification of community organizations, specifically, in the reactivation of the common pots of Lima Metropolitana that are, mainly, mana.
