Gestión del conocimiento y capital intelectual en una institución educativa parroquial de Lima

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of designing a knowledge management proposal in a parochial educational institution. The methodology was developed from a socio-critical paradigm, mixed approach and case study method. Results related to human capital were found, specifically: feeling of belonging; specialized training; teamwork and communication and knowledge exchange; Structural capital addressed: work processes, information and communication systems, management systems, technology, and relational capital examined: customer relationship processes, base of allies, collaboration with public administrations. This diagnosis helps to contextualize the state of the educational institution before the knowledge society, as a frame of reference to identify the areas of the organization, its actors and the potentialities for the management of intellectual capital.
