Trabajo remoto y pandemia en el ministerio

espanolA raiz de las medidas dictadas por el gobierno para afrontar la crisis del covid 19 el Ministerio de la Presidencia organizo al personal para dar respuesta a las demandas de las entidades publicas a nivel nacional. Si bien el acompanamiento y respuesta del equipo tecnico no se detuvo, si hubo situaciones que pusieron en riesgo al personal del ministerio con el proposito de dar continuidad al servicio. En este contexto y debido al incremento de contagios, se establecio la modalidad de trabajo remoto que significo la reorientacion de la gestion de los recursos humanos, materiales y tecnologicos. Asi como, la busqueda de la armonia entre el ambito laboral y familiar. EnglishAs a result of the measures dictated by the government to face the COVID-19 crisis, the Ministry of the Presidency organized the staff to respond to the demands of public entities at the national level. Although the support and response of the technical team did not stop, there were situations that put ministry personnel at risk in order to continue the service.
