94% of all maternal deaths occur in low and lower middle-income countries. Lack of access to Obstetric (OB) ultrasound (US) may be one modifiable contributing factor. We studied the efficacy of an OB US protocol with telediagnostic US system (OB US system) implemented by health workers without prior US experience to increase access to imaging in low-resource settings.
