La eficacia educativa en un Instituto de Educación Superior, en tiempos de pandemia

The study is purposed to describe good practices in organizational factors of educational effectiveness in the pandemic context, in a private higher education institute in Peru. Qualitative study, which considers four study categories to formulate a semi-structured guide for the interview with leaders at the institution. The study concludes that good leadership practices in the pandemic context within the institution are: i) to develop a pedagogical direction style; ii) to support teachers to guarantee learning results and teaching strenghthening; iii) to promote a high commitment in colaborators throught motivation, close direction, and shared leadership; and iv) to develop agile tools to facilitate communication and contribute to results achievement.
