Resumen

In recent years, there has been an increase in remote laboratory implementations. Reported experiences confirms their positive impact in engineering education. However, few reports describe the teaching-learning methods, strategies, or processes. The purpose of this work is to map the Teaching-Learning Process used in Engineering Education as published academically. Based on our findings we propose a process of continuous improvement of the this process and the development of Learning Objects for Remote Laboratories. We considered publications indexed by IEEE, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, gathering the overall infrastructure, technology and instructional methods.
