N2 - This research was developed in a Hydrocarbon manufacturing company whose main activity is the packaging and sale of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) in its different presentations: 5kg Balls, 10kg Balls, 45g Balls kg and sale in bulk. The company is located in the city of Lima, Peru and distributes the balls to all the districts of Metropolitan Lima. The present research seeks to solve a problem of variability of the process that allows in a first stage to maximize the profits in the company and then to minimize the production costs per unit of Balloons. The investigation began with a study of the production process that includes the painting and weighing of the balls, filling the balls, leak testing and covering the balls. Subsequently, the voice of the customer was defined for which the internal and external comments on problems related to packaging were reviewed, thus obtaining the CTQ (Critical To Quality), likewise the data collection of the measurement of the Critical variables of our filling process, which are temperature, time, pressure and mass. For the next stage, the current measurement of the process was carried out using the MINITAB Software, obtaining a high variability in the process, then we proceeded to review the main causes that generate the variability of the process supporting us with the Diagram Ishikawa, Pareto and ANOVA. Finally, an experiment design will be carried out to optimize the dependent and independent variables and also control the changes made.
