N2 - SIS-OOIA is a system that was created and implemented to manage information generated in the tutorial attention processes and in the training activities offered to undergraduate students in the area of science and engineering. SIS-OOIA generates the Electronic File, information for tutorial service that shows, in real time, demographic aspects, academic situation, attention records, citations, results of applied tests, as well as student participation in workshops and events. SIS-OOIA also generates the Portfolio Report which is a valuable tool for decision-making of the administration, because it facilitates the analysis of the guidance service provided according to its nature (academic, psychological, personal, family, administrative), it also shows the frequency and the period in which it is requested. This information is used to plan tutorial hours, as well as for the development of informative activities, prevention programs, training workshops, among others. Since its implementation, improvement in process performance, better management of human and material resources is observed. Additionally, response times in the attention of students and the demands of the administration have been optimized. In its design, the unified modeling language (UML) has been used with class diagrams, components, implementation and use cases. In relation to software tools, Visual Studio C # was used as well as the MySQL database manager. The software that occupies 15.9 MB is installed on a server that works with the Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operating system.
