N2 - Peru is an agricultural country from the pre-Inca cultures, however, its competitiveness is low, with two non-inclusive classes of agricultural activities: the large companies that have government support, and small farmers located in rural areas. Small farmers in rural areas are mostly the guardians of the indigenous biotrade products of our country. The present research arises thinking about the objectives of the sustainable development orienting them to improve the quality of life of the Bora community located in the department of Loreto, through the transition to a green agroindustrial economy, through the implementation of the biotrade and the strengthening of the value chain of the Caimito fruit (pouteria caimito), which positively impacts the use of resources efficiently and inclusive social growth. The methodology to be followed is by presenting and analyzing the problematic situation, determining the state of the art, identifying the objectives and expected results, determining the activities and measures proposed, identifying the resources for the implementation of the sustainable development proposal, and finally, generating the implementation and sustainability project, a 3-year implementation plan was prepared with an investment of 152,400 soles.
