title = "Practical guide for the implementation of electronic government aligned with Peruvian regulation",
abstract = "The implementation process of organizational structures of electronic government (eGov) in state bodies always runs into the particularities of each institution as well as the absence of a guide to establish governance processes and management of eGov services necessary to comply with the applicable regulations to each country. In previous jobs from authors, we already introduced a high-level implementation model of eGov in Peruvian state institutions, but the detail of processes and proposed implementation guide is still pending in the so-called MIGE model (Implementation Model of Electronic Government in English). Processes and activities posed will seek to modify, increase and /or delete business processes directing them to digital services the entity intends to offer to citizens. The guide is designed to become a set of steps to be executed to define each component of the MIGE model inside the organization.",
