Paradigmas y vectores migratorios en el siglo XXI

There are no significant changes in migratory vectors of intellectual patrimony in last two decades of twenty's century, or twenty-one's. New patterns in next years could not be predicted, because of the triad attraction who acts as a magnet. Dominant ideology has not change and world context between centers and peripheries is staying and amplifying in exclusion terms Continuous changes prompted by techno-science in a globalize context, based on intensive capitalism in innovation (as some authors said) keep a constant rhythm that doesn't allow to the new economics allies to get in. That is why they do not have the capacity to be ranked in the global commerce network, successfully. The globalization process is analyzed with paradigms which describe and analyzed from different perspectives, the actual functioning of the techno scientific activity and the actual societies. With the objective to study if there are possible route changes in tendencies in order to identify changes in the migratory vectors identified, essentially from peripheries to centers.
