La historia sin fin del proceso de reingeniería de la Comunidad Andina: análisis de algunas propuestas de reforma

This article studies the reform process of the Andean Community. For this purpose, this article covers the consultancy made by CEPAL and Getulio Vargas Foundation. This paper analyses the role of Colombia during its leading as the Pro Tempore country, and the effects of the third international consultancy. In addition, this article explains some of the proposals submitted by the Andean Tribunal for the reform of the dispute settlement system of the Andean Community such as: arbitration, judicial fees and the setting-up of a trust.
