N2 - This paper analyzes the impact of the pandemic on the logistics of multimodal transport of containerized cargo, in which the effects on the economic, logistics and maritime sectors are mentioned. This work aims to collect and analyze published studies’ results on the pandemic’s impact on containerized cargo logistics in Latin America, based on a meta-analysis prism model that aims to show statistical results and effects on the port logistics chain. Papers published in scientific databases such as Scielo, Dialnet, ScienceDirect, Redalyc, Mendeley and Scopus were detailed as sources of information. The eligibility, exclusion and inclusion criteria were applied, resulting in 9 articles. The results highlight the economic impact of exports in the multimodal modality, the logistical impact on international physical distribution processes and the maritime impact on port activities and services. For more information and results, several databases focused on the impact of the pandemic on international trade were consulted. In conclusion, the most significant impact was in the economic sector, with a negative reduction in GDP, followed by the logistical and maritime effects.
