N2 - The capstone project course at the end of the engineering program curriculum is a very special learning space. However, this must respond to intentional pedagogical design. This article presents a comparative analysis of capstone projects courses of 5 engineering programs in Lima from the professor's perspective. The way in which the courses are carried out allows or affects the achievement of the proposed objectives of the course. In this analysis, we identified influential factors to meet goals and lesson learned.
