Resumen
People with Asperger Syndrome require assistance in learning processes mediated by technology; therefore, the selection of a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) should be based on data evidencing user accessibility. The aim of this study is to describe and verify the scientific evolution related to accessibility evaluations in VLEs for people with Asperger Syndrome. The methodology is a bibliometric analysis consisting of five phases developed based on information from the Scopus database. Thirty-one documents were analyzed considering quantity, quality and structure indicators. The results showed that research is focused on the development of inclusive applications and virtual environments and only 19,35% of them are specialized in Asperger’s Syndrome. It is concluded about the need to expand research to other virtual environments, since it is beginning to be of interest to the educational community, around pedagogical inclusion on Asperger’s Syndrome.
