N2 - The development of new technologies in additive manufacturing has led to introduce new techniques in microwaves and antenna design. This paper describes a design, implementation and manufacturing of a 3D printed circular antenna with central frequency at 24 GHz for police radar gun. The antenna was manufactured using ABS filament in a 3D printer and metal plating process. The total weight of the antenna is 18 g and its maximum length of 103.5 mm. The results show good agreement between the simulated and measured values, with a gain of 20.5 dBi.
