Resumen

The company, presents as a problem the delay in the delivery of orders of underwear to the client, generating disagreements, with this antecedent and as an alternative of solution this work is presented that has as objective to elaborate a proposal of application of tools of Lean Manufacturing for the reduction of waste in the process of making underwear, by implementing methodologies applicable to the problem of the textile company in Lima city.
