Website{\textquoteright}s user experience evaluation differs from transactional web applications such as e-commerce, e-banking or travel because in addition to usability and accessibility; aesthetics, content, trust and persuasion must be considered for project success. However, since user experience is an emergent field with several frameworks and methods, it{\textquoteright}s necessary to evaluate which ones have been used previously. This paper presents the results of a systematic review aimed to identify the state of the art in methods, tools and criteria used to evaluate the user experience in information driven websites.",
