Análisis de la implementación del componente de determinantes de la salud en el programa de tuberculosis: un estudio de caso en el primer nivel de atención de Lima Centro (2020-2023)

This study analyzes the Tuberculosis Budget Program at the primary care level in Lima Centro (2020-2023), given its relevance in public health and social inequalities. Aligned with the 2030 SDGs and under the ESNPCT, the program aims to reduce the incidence of both drug-susceptible and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Despite implemented actions within a vulnerable context, concerns from users and stakeholders were identified, highlighting technical gaps despite the existing legal framework. The gap in nutritional support amid food insecurity is a concern. The MINSA, local government, and professionals are urged to create management spaces with user participation to improve the quality of care, strengthening post-pandemic strategies to decrease tuberculosis incidence and mortality.
