Los textos del proyecto de la Línea Aérea de Bandera Nacional como fuente de confusión jurídica

The present article seeks to analyses the possible creation of a State-owned flag carrier airline, following the repeated initiatives undertaken by a congressman in Peru. This possibility has generated legal confusion due to the inconsistencies present in the texts of the different bills submitted. The topic will be reviewed through a multidisciplinary approach, including its compatibility with Peruvian Constitutional Law normative, as well as aeronautic national and international standards.
