Repensando la enseñanza del derecho ambiental

The Environmental Legal Clinics (CJA, for its acronym in Spanish) constitute a paradigm shift in environmental legal education, connecting academic formation with social and environmental commitment through action. From the PUCP experience, the approach of real cases foments a focus on sustainability and the development of competencies and skills. This methodology promotes an interdisciplinary and systemic legal formation, where law is a tool to impact reality, transcending the classroom, and contributing to environmental justice. In addition to the advantages of the clinical methodology, there is an important potential for growth and consolidation, although it also faces several challenges.
