Las Políticas TIC implementadas en el Perú durante las décadas 80,90 y 2000: Estado del arte y algunas reflexiones

Since its inception, the implementation of educational policies on technology in Peru, has been developed discontinuously. Through documentary research and interviews with officials, this research analyzes the achievements and difficulties that the ICT EBR educational policies proposed and carried out in Peru have had in recent decades. The intrinsic and extrinsic, educational and management factors are shown. They have determined that the various initiatives undertaken for the incorporation of technologies in the educational system have not been adequately maintained over time and consequently, until now there is no level of management and clear and defined leadership to guide the necessary procedures to establish a sustainable technological educational policy projected to adequately face all conjunctural changes in education.
