Resumen
The purpose of the present quantitative study is to examine the relationship between attitude to entrepreneurship (AE), entrepreneurial orientation (OEand organizational learning capacity (CAO) in savings and credit cooperatives. The structural equation model (SEM) with the unweighted least squares estimation method was applied to test the hypotheses. Results revealed that attitudes to entrepreneurship positively influence EO and CAO, EO does not positively influence CAO, and there is complete mediation when OE mediates between AE and CAO.
