Justifying aggressive state of necessity and economic crisis of companies. Delimitation criteria

In this paper the author proposes an interpretative model of the institution of the justifying aggressive state of necessity applied to the field of economic criminal law. Mainly, substantive delimitation criteria are proposed for the opinion of the justification of exceptional situations of necessity and economic crisis of an agent.
