Abogado summa cum laude por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. LLM (Master of Laws) en International Business and Commercial Law por la University of Manchester, Reino Unido. Especialista en Fusiones y Adquisiciones (M&A) por la London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Miembro del European Law Institute (ELI) y de la Society of European Contract Law (SECOLA). Corresponsal del UNIDROIT. Profesor de Derecho Civil y Comercial en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Ha sido visiting scholar en la Universitat de Girona (España) y Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italia). Asesor del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos. Su práctica profesional, docencia e investigación incluye derecho de contratos, societario, M&A, inversiones y arbitraje.
