Abstract
One of the current trends in higher education is the incorporation of the Flipped Learning approach. However, this process requires that teachers be prepared to develop it in the classroom. In this sense, the training of university teachers in the strategic use of technologies is a fundamental aspect. This article presents a review of various studies and experiences related to the training of university professors in topics of technology and Flipped Learning. It contains the results of research, the characteristics of university teacher training programs in technologies and experiences of good practices.
