Abstract

An experimental research of the drug pyrazinamide is analyzed and tested with potentiometric method. By understanding the biomechatronic system, consisted of a mechanism of action of the drug Pyrazinamide in a biological system, and an electrical signals, voltametric measures, a method to detect resistance to this specific drug is developed and tested firstly in vitro, then in cultures and finally in decontaminated sputum.
