Performance analysis of descriptor jump linear systems

Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of obtaining analytic expressions for the mean output energy and the steady-state output power of a closed loop control system described by a discrete-time descriptor jump linear dynamics driven by an homogeneous Markov chain. The results given in this paper are new and generalize the formulas given for the same metric of performance of a Markov jump parameter linear system.
