Abstract

In the current globalized economy, the empirical literature on knowledge-intensive services (KIBS) highlights the important role that these services have in the development of companies. Despite this, major studies are still needed to help understand this phenomenon, not only in developed countries, but also in developing countries. The purpose of this research is to know if there is a positive relationship between the innovation carried out by the KIBS, the level of education of their workers, the agents of their supply chain and the opening of their foreign markets, based on a sample of 297 KIBS from Peru.
