Abstract

This work proposes the design of a canned picosatellite telemetry system capable of communicating the CanSat with the ground station during both the flight and landing phases using IoT techniques. The findings made in this paper hold implications for applications involving the transportation and safe landing of delicate payloads in space exploration missions. As a result of the design and implementation, the objective of communicating the CanSat with the ground station was successful and capable of showing all measured data using the graphic user interface from the departure of the CanSat until 2 minutes after the landing with a maximum delay of 2s.
