Abstract

The research challenges in the implementation of a methodology of knowledge management, which was executed by an innovative proposal, that takes the advances of the best universities and companies of the world. This paper challenges the status quo in the generation, dissemination, training and feedback of knowledge at the enterprise level. The case of study, presents a detailed description of implementation in Peru. The expert system has 3 components: i) Maturity model, ii) Systems and processes for transversal knowledge management and iii) Information and communication technology systems for easy consultation at all levels. The benefits are: i) To ensure knowledge (retention, diffusion, generation and integration) with the standards needed, ii) To optimize times response: it allows an internationally proven functional model in companies that depend on knowledge, iii) To Verify the information and availability of the tool, without changing the IT conditions.
