The intensive use of mobile devices around the world has generated a new scenario for electronic commerce called m-Commerce, which has particular characteristics due to the nature of these devices. In this context, usability has become a key element, since the size of the devices introduces restrictions to the application designers and this can determine the acceptance or rejection of the software. The objective of this paper is to analyze in a comparative way the different techniques for the design of user interfaces that provides a high level of usability in mobile applications. For this study, a systematic literature review was performed in recognized databases. As a result, 20 studies were identified, comprising 13 techniques, 5 approaches and 2 methods that can be used for the design of high usability Apps. Many of these techniques can be used both in mobile commerce as well as in any other field of mobile e-Business.
