Abstract

Accreditation is a complex process that must be approached taking many factors into consideration. As part of an engineering program with a global vision, it was necessary to implement an ABET accreditation process. For this, it was necessary to join efforts and commitments of professors, students and industry professionals as main actors. At the end of a four-year period the accreditation and continuous improvement program was implemented.
